This describes the implemented choices. The owner must complete legal and hosting details before public launch.
Controller and service providers

Local preferences
The interface stores a theme preference and your optional analytics choice in the browser. Analytics is off by default. Change your choice in the footer. The choice is also stored in a cookie so the server can enforce it.
Optional analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 (G-8XJFHTX0YC) measures page views and interactions such as Finder usage and affiliate clicks. Google receives technical browser/device information and online identifiers and may process data outside the EU. Analytics cookies are configured for 30 days. Advertising signals are disabled. Our custom events exclude raw search terms and full Finder answers; page URLs sent by our integration omit query strings and fragments. Tracking is off until you consent, respects Do Not Track, and can be withdrawn in the footer. Shared Finder answers
Sharing a result places selected preferences in its URL. Anyone receiving the link can read the preferences. The Finder does not ask for your name or account.
External merchants and videos
External services have their own privacy policies. Affiliate links may contain program identifiers. YouTube embeds load from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play; that action connects to YouTube.
Contact and administration
Contact links open your email application. Mailbox provider and email retention details must be completed by the owner. Editorial administration uses authenticated, allowlisted access; the public finder does not require an account.
